The Furnace

The Furnace is an opportunity for the men of Harris Creek to sweat and build physical and spiritual endurance together. Meet in the parking lot at HC and starting at 6:00 am SHARP we will have a time of prayer, followed by a time of group exercise lasting no more than 40 minutes.
Exercise attire and shoes recommended, work gloves optional.
